Security Title Corporation ("STC") is an independently-owned, full-service escrow and title company licensed to do business in the State of Hawaii. STC began business in 1963 and is currently a policy issuing agent for national title underwriter Stewart Title Guaranty Company. The Company is an affiliate member of various Island Board of Realtors and mortgage associations. STC provides escrow services and title products for residential and commercial resale transactions, mortgage refinancing, new project developments, and second mortgage/home equity lines of credit financing.

The Company's mission is to provide the best home purchase and mortgage refinance experience to all customers by delivering the finest title and escrow services & products in the State of Hawaii.

The Company currently has five office locations: in Downtown Honolulu, Kailua and Aiea on the Island of Oahu, in Hilo on the Island of Hawaii, and in Lihue on the Island of Kauai.
